The hotel is located near the corner of two roads, with good-sized rooms that feature both bath and shower facilities. The surrounding rooms were of a lower standard than expected, and unfortunately, there was no reduction in the bill.
The hotel is perfect for those traveling from the north to the west of Spain, with immaculately clean rooms, a huge bathroom, and a good range of complimentary toiletries. Despite a cold welcome, the rooms are spotlessly clean and well-maintained, including the pet-friendly option we used previously.
The hotel rooms had a strong smell of cigarettes, which is unfortunate since the staff can't control what happens in the rooms, but the bed was very comfortable and the room had convenient tea/coffee facilities. The hotel was bustling with activity.
The hotel room, though a bit below the standard I paid for, was clean and fairly spacious with a large bathroom featuring a nice bath and a separate enclosed shower area. However, there was a strong smell of cigarettes lingering in the room, which wasn't the staff's fault as they can't control what guests do. The service, while overall great, had an issue with the parking charges being insisted upon by one staff member. The location, though not very central, was worth the extra taxi cost for its quiet surroundings and proximity to shops and restaurants. The dining experience was enjoyable, despite some slow coffee machines. Overall, a decent stay with a few hiccups.

The service, however, was lacking with rude staff members. The location is not very central but worth the extra taxi cost. The dining experience was friendly and professional with a good variety of options. The facilities are adequate for a comfortable stay.
Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were cozy and always ensured a restful night, the restaurant offered excellent dining options, and the service was professional and extremely helpful. While the location may not be close to the center and dining prices were a bit high, the secure parking and quiet surroundings made up for it.
